Reiki is often associated with adults on their spiritual journey. However, children have also gained great benefits from sessions. Reiki can be beneficial for children who are suffering from anxiety, mental health issues, behavior problems and much much more. Due to the sensitivity of children these Reiki sessions are limited to 15 minutes for ages 8-12; 25 minutes for ages 12-19. If further sessions are needed, the practitioner and parent can discuss the best options for the child. The ages for this service starts at 8 years and stops at 19 years.
